1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Chardonnay
½ tsp Wholegrain mustard
Mix the ingredients together until combined.
4 medium potatoes cooked then diced when cold
½ bag of The Wright Sprouts Adzuki beans
½ bag of Wright Sprouts Lentils (or use 1 mixed bag of Wright Sprouts Adzuki, Lentil and Baby Mung) Combined the Potatoes, beans and mayonnaise in a bowl. Check the seasoning.
Serve with a piece of grilled salmon over the top with a little side salad.
