1 cup Wright Sprouts Chickpea Sprouts
1 cup Wright Sprouts Sunflower Sprouts
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Put chickpea sprouts in food processor and pulse to lightly chop move to a bowl and add other ingredient and mix together. Pan fry in a small nonstick pan.
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
25 ml cider vinegar
1 tsp orcona smoked parika
25 ml apple syrup
Put all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to Combine
Serve with side salad.
