Lentil & Adzuki Sprout Salsa

This delicious Sprout Salsa is full of colour and will look stunning on the Christmas table. It’s so quick and easy to prepare and has become a firm favourite for our family barbeques.

1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp wasabi (I use the Telegraph Hill Wasabi Vinagerette, its devine!)

Mix together then add to diced fruits
1 jazz apple
1 courgette
¼ cucumber
1 tomato
½ cup of The Wright Sprouts Lentil and Adzuki sprouts (mixed together) or just add a packet of The Wright Sprouts mixed combo bag of Adzuki, Lentil and Baby Mung... easy!
