Spicy Mixed Sprout Soup

Spicy Mixed Sprout Soup
Ingredients:
800 gram can crushed tomatoes
2 carrots grated
3 cups vegetable stock
1 Pkt Wright Sprouts Crunchy Mix Sprouts
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp  grated fresh ginger 
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp yellow mustard seeds
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp gound fenugreek
¼ tsp garam masala
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
Poppadoms to serve
Combine tomatoes, stock and all spices in a large saucepan.  Simmer covered for 10 mins, then  add the crunchy mix sprouts, simmer a further 5 mins until the soup thickens slightly. Season to taste.
Stir coriander through. 
Top soup with coriander sprigs and serve with poppadoms.

Stir coriander through. 

Top soup with coriander sprigs and serve with poppadoms.
