Sprout Hummus

1 bag Wright Sprouts Whero Peas
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground white pepper

Mix all ingredients to desired consistency using a food processor.

To serve

Spread hummus on serving platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top. Serve with sliced vegetables.

Spread hummus on flour tortilla, top with Wright Sprouts Alfalfa or Wright Sprouts Alfalfa & Broccoli or Radish mix. Roll up and serve whole or sliced.
