1 pkt Wright Sprouts lentils sprouts
1 cup chopped fresh parsley Chopped
2 medium tomatoes
2 sweet pickled gherkin
2 spring onions
1 green pepper
2 stalks of celery
¼ cup coriander chopped
¼ tsp cumin seeds
Juice of a lemon (¼ cup)
Chop the gherkins into small cubes, chop tomato, celery, spring onions and green pepper into fine pieces.
Place all chopped vegetables including the parsley and coriander with the lentil sprouts and mix.
Sprinkle the cumin seeds and squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and mix throughly.
